A large Blue-Chip organisation is currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work a 2's and 3's Permanent Days position in Gainsborough. Working within a fast-paced poultry processing facility, the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be required to complete maintenance, repair and breakdown duties on a variety of fast-moving consumer goods equipment as well as having an active role in projects and upgrades to the factory. Working for a leading organisation in food manufacturing, this is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your engineering career.

Skills required for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with an Electrical Qualification.
  • Worked within a manufacturing or production environment previously, ideally fast-paced.
  • Must have worked to 3-Phase electrics and be proficient on Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
  • Ideally have experience of fault-finding on PLC's, motors, drives, sensors and control panels.
  • Worked on continuous improvement projects.
  • Be willing to work a Permanent 2's and 3's Days Shift.
  • Be willing to work in the Poultry side of the factory.
  • Be able to work in Confined spaces.
  • Work closely with Production & Hygiene teams to minimise downtime.
