A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a plastic injection moulding facility in the Worcester area. Working as the only Maintenance Engineer on site, you will be required to complete maintenance, repair and breakdown duties to a variety of machinery as well as be supported by some Senior Production Staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer to work on a Monday to Friday basis, flexibility is on offer and join a business who are at the forefront of their industry.
Skills required for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Be a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical Bias and Electrical qualification.
- Worked within a manufacturing/production environment previously.
- Any plastic injection moulding experience would be advantageous however not necessary.
- Worked to 3-Phase electrics as well as sound hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge and experience.
- Hold either a 17th or 18th Edition.
- PLC Fault-Finding experience.
- Be a self-starter as well as a team player; you will be the only Maintenance Engineer on site but will be supported by some excellent Senior Production staff.
This is a Days based position, Monday to Friday with the hours typically 8:30am to 5pm, however there is some flexibility to this.
