Electrical Engineer

Sector: FMCG Manufacturing

Salary: £45,000

Shift: Days

Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

I am currently working with a FMCG manufacturer that is investing heavily in its people, equipment, and future growth. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer for one of their UK manufacturing sites.

This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer ideally from a manufacturing background to join a growing FMCG business that offers extensive training and development, clear progression, and a supportive engineering culture.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and continuous improvement across production and machinery, supporting both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements – Electrical Engineer:

  • Electrically biased maintenance engineer
  • Minimum Level 3 Electrical / Engineering qualification
  • Ideally experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Proven ability in electrical fault-finding on machinery
  • Experience with sensors, motors, drives, and control panels
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong team mentality
