An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Engineering Manager to work for a blue chip multi-national FMCG manufacturing company based near Corby, Northamptonshire. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 8-10 multi-skilled engineers in a very fast-paced production factory. The role will be 80% management and 20% hands-on, and the ideal candidate needs to have very strong man management and leadership skills.
Skills required for the Engineering Manager:
- Man Management of 8-10 Multi Skilled Engineers
- Planning and organizing engineering activities across the site
- Driven by Improvements, Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S
- Experience in managing Budgets
- Managing the Health and Safety on site
