We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support modern, high-volume production sites across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role in a business investing heavily in people, equipment, and future growth.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing equipment
- Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical environment
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards
This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days Only), offering an excellent work–life balance.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive maintenance mindset
