A superb opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy FMCG manufacturing site. The company prides itself on a positive working culture where teamwork and mutual respect are at the centre of daily operations.

Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of high-speed production and packaging machinery. You will respond to breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives to maximise site efficiency and minimise downtime.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory environment.
Essential Requirements:
  • Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
  • Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
  • Experience working with PLCs, ideally with the ability to fault-find using inputs and outputs.
