We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Electrical Lead to join a modern, high-tech manufacturing site. You will be responsible for overlooking the electrical team carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated and semi‑automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. The role is mostly desk based with the requirements to be hands on around 30%.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Lead Engineer:
  • Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
  • Previous experience managing/leading a maintenance team.
  • Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Lead Engineer:
  • Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
  • Previous experience working in a food or FMCG environment.
