You will be responsible for overlooking the electrical team carrying out electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of automated and semi‑automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. The role is mostly desk based with the requirements to be hands on around 30%.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Lead Engineer:- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
- Previous experience managing/leading a maintenance team.
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Previous experience working in a food or FMCG environment.
- Working for a market‑leading manufacturing business.
