Job Role of the Engineering Shift Team Leader
A Large industrial manufacturing organisation is seeking a Engineering Shift Team Leader to join thier establised maintenance team near Tottenham, North London. The Engineering Shift Team Leader will be in charge of 8 maintenance engineers on shift and will be involved in both hands on maintenance and management tasks. The Engineering Shift Team leader will also be responsible for hands on electrical maintenance, fault finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully auotmated production machinery.
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team Leader
- Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Leadership/supervisor experience in engineering.
Essential requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader
- Hands-on electrical/Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or Industrial environment.
Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader.
- Experience working as a Engineering Team Leader in the UK.
