We have an opportunity for an Engineering Shift Team Leader in an industry-leading manufacturing company with a reputation for excellence. The role involves both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervising a team of engineers, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
Requirements
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory
- Leadership or Supervisor experience
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Desirable
- Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer/Engineering Shift Team Leader/Engineering Supervisor in the UK
- Experience with PLCs, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
