This Multi-Skilled Engineer role offers strong progression, training, and long-term development as part of a heavily invested, high-growth site. You will carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance, respond to breakdowns, complete PPM tasks, and support continuous improvement across modern production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Non-Negotiable Requirements:- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Experience with working on PLC's, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs.
- Working for a recognised market-leading business.
