The Role
We are seeking 1 x Production Operator to join a growing production team at a Kent-based manufacturing site. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will be trained across multiple processes and machinery, producing specialist products to strict quality and product specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment
- Working within scientific and technical manufacturing processes
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Driving improvements through 5S and quality-focused working practices
About You
Essential:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Shift Pattern
Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
40 hours per week, rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits
£32,097 per annum (includes loyalty payment, paid 13 times per year)
Annual performance-related bonus
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension: Employer contribution 9% (minimum employee contribution 2%)
