Job Title: Production Operator – 4 On, 4 Off Nights
Location: Rochester, Kent
Salary: £27,580 per annum
Shift: 4 On, 4 Off – 6:00pm to 6:00am
The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Operator to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business based in Rochester, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a production professional looking to develop their career within a highly automated manufacturing environment. You will play an important role in ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards, while operating modern production machinery and supporting the wider manufacturing team.
You will be responsible for helping to achieve production targets, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and ensuring equipment and processes operate efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Requirements
Non-Negotiable:
- Previous experience working as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or similar within a manufacturing environment.
- Food or drink or FMCG manufacturing experience
