A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Design Engineer to join an engineering design team within a world-leading, highly secure company with a strong global reputation. You will turn design information into clear instructions and parts lists, create and check technical drawings and CAD models, and ensure accuracy against specifications. You'll also improve existing designs, manage CAD files, and support product testing for strength and safety. The role includes assisting with risk assessments, producing operation and maintenance documents, improving 3D CAD processes, and researching new technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in a design engineering role (or similar) within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong proficiency with 3D CAD software
- Ability to produce and interpret accurate technical drawings
- Good understanding of engineering principles and design standards
