The Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to take ownership of our quality and food safety standards. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated quality team, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management β Develop, implement, and maintain QA programs to meet company, customer, and industry standards.
Food Safety Compliance β Oversee customer specifications, ensuring full compliance and minimising food safety risks.
Process Improvement β Lead initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance consistency using data-driven insights.
Team Leadership β Manage, train, and mentor the QC team, conducting reviews and developing capability.
Audits & Inspections β Lead internal/external audits, including customer and 3rd party visits.
Documentation & Reporting β Maintain accurate QC records, corrective actions, and prepare management reports.
Customer & Regulatory Liaison β Resolve quality issues and complaints effectively.
Risk Management β Identify risks to product quality and food safety, implementing preventative measures.
