With new automated lines recently installed, this is an exciting time to step into a technology-led, forward-thinking production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with production or packaging experience who are looking to develop and grow with a company that invests in both people and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing Operate and monitor automated packing machinery Investigate and troubleshoot faults to prevent downtime Run the line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers Lead and train a team of machine operators Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Quality standards Liaise with development teams to improve processes and drive productivity Take full ownership of your line\’s performance
