Production Technician – Telford £33,000 starting salary – oppurtunity to rise to £42000 after training – (Full Training Programme Provided) 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights) Are you a hands-on problem solver with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced production environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Production Technician or Machine Operator to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will: ✅ Spot and resolve machinery faults to prevent downtime. ✅ Run the production line to standard operating procedures, including start-ups and changeovers. ✅ Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards. ✅ Lead and train machine operators to drive performance. ✅ Work with development teams to refine processes and improve productivity. ✅ Take ownership of the production line’s performance, ensuring efficiency and control.
