Location: Ladybank, Fife
Are you an experienced leader in production or manufacturing looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Production Team Manager to oversee one of five busy production areas, driving results while supporting and developing people.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team performance to achieve production targets
- Deliver and monitor daily running plans and workload setup
- Prioritise workload effectively while monitoring stock levels
- Encourage progression and highlight training opportunities
- Conduct staff development activities – appraisals, reviews, HR duties
