Production Team Leader (4on 4off Days)

Salary: Basic £40,000

Commute: Wimbledon, Epsom, Staines, Chessington

An exciting role has become available for a Production Team Leader on a 4on, 4off Days based role for a food manufacturer. As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading your team on shift, provide training and development, ensure high levels of health & safety and achieve company KPIs. This is a vital role within the business and will provide you with further opportunities to develop your career.

Skills required

  • The ideal candidate will have worked within a Production Team Leader or Supervisor or Manager position previously.
  • Be prepared to work a 4on, 4off, 12 hour day shift.
  • Have a strong people-focus, with the ability to manage at team and foster a proactive and positive culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage your team and key stakeholders within the business.
  • Our client is open to all production environments, however Food or FMCG is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Experience of working within ambient or chilled environments would be advantageous.
