Location: Padstow, Cornwall, Newquay
We are recruiting a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial manufacturer where engineering is taken seriously. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production running at its best through a mix of planned preventative maintenance and fast-paced reactive fault finding.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of electrical and mechanical machinery, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and implementing improvements that reduce downtime and boost reliability.
- Involvement in new installations, equipment upgrades, and PLC-controlled systems, providing technical challenge beyond day-to-day tasks.
- Be practical, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit engineering team.
