Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who must be competent both electrically and mechanically at our large, ever-growing site in Enfield. As a business, they manufacture many well-known products that are a staple of British culture. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be enrolled on an individually tailored training programme which takes engineers through training checkpoints. Training is a core principle within the business as this company promotes a coaching and development culture that allows Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to progress their technical knowledge. Continuous improvement is at the forefront of this company and the successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be able to get involved in projects on some innovative machinery.

Skills required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Previous experience in a factory
• The Maintenance Engineer will need to have an ELECTRICAL BIAS
• The Maintenance Engineer will need to have a recognised engineering qualification.
• Any PLC knowledge is beneficial
• The Maintenance Engineer will need to be happy to work a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
