You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, breakdown response and fault-finding on a range of automated production machinery, ensuring maximum plant uptime and efficiency. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias. Maintenance experience within a manufacturing, automated warehousing or industrial environment. Hands-on experience with PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance. Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification, such as NVQ or equivalent. Full UK driving licence. Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Strong hands-on mechanical or electrical fault-finding experience. Recognised Level 3 engineering qualification. Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or automated environment. Ability to work effectively on a continental days and nights shift pattern. Strong understanding of health and safety within an industrial environment. Desirable Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK. Experience within a highly automated production environment. Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics or hydraulics. Experience working with high-speed production machinery. Previous experience supporting continuous improvement projects.
