About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for keeping the site and facilities in excellent working condition, helping to ensure smooth daily operations across the premises.
Key Responsibilities for the maintenance operative:
- Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the site
- Attending to urgent repair jobs in the factory and surrounding grounds
- Performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment such as AHU units
- Fixing doors, gates, flooring, and other site infrastructure
- Supporting the maintenance team with both planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Ideal Candidate for the maintenance operative:
- Previous experience in a general maintenance or facilities role
- Hands-on, practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude
