The Role
As a Engineer, youâll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Youâll be handsâon with both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns, while also contributing to continuous improvement and new equipment installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver PPMs to maximise uptime, efficiency, and capacity
- Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Identify and implement engineering improvements and energyâsaving initiatives
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Work closely with projects, technical, and production teams
- Maintain audit readiness and high safety standards at all times
- Build strong working relationships across the site

- A multiâskilled maintenance engineer (approx. 70/30 electrical or mechanical bias)
- Strong faultâfinding skills across motors, drives, bearings, belts, control panels, and conveyors
- Comfortable working in a shiftâbased manufacturing environment
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
- Stepâup engineers or Team Leaders are encouraged to apply
