The Role

As a Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll be hands‑on with both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns, while also contributing to continuous improvement and new equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PPMs to maximise uptime, efficiency, and capacity
  • Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Identify and implement engineering improvements and energy‑saving initiatives
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
  • Work closely with projects, technical, and production teams
  • Maintain audit readiness and high safety standards at all times
  • Build strong working relationships across the site

♂️ About You

  • A multi‑skilled maintenance engineer (approx. 70/30 electrical or mechanical bias)
  • Strong fault‑finding skills across motors, drives, bearings, belts, control panels, and conveyors
  • Comfortable working in a shift‑based manufacturing environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
  • Step‑up engineers or Team Leaders are encouraged to apply
