The Role As Maintenance Manager, you will: Lead, manage and develop the engineering and maintenance team. Oversee planned preventative, reactive and breakdown maintenance. Remain hands-on and support engineers with electrical and mechanical fault-finding. Drive engineering standards, reliability and continuous improvement.
