A well-established bulk liquid storage operator formed in 2016, operating multiple strategically located terminals across major UK ports and serving key demand centres nationwide.
As a CMMS Co-ordinator / Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for optimising the organisation’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be required to travel to the South Wales site once or twice per month.
Key Responsibilities- Exercise STOP work authority for any activity deemed unsafe
- Monitor and update CMMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate, distribute, and track work orders through to completion
- Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular audits of maintenance processes and CMMS data integrity
- Respond to user queries and provide CMMS technical support
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings related to maintenance planning and system improvements

Location & Working Hours- Location: Essex (primary site)
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00, 35 hours per week, 1-hour lunch break
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
- Benefits Package:
- Pension: Employer 9%, Employee 5%

- Christmas bonus: Up to 1 week’s salary (pro-rata for new starters)
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service
