An established UK manufacturer and service provider within the waste management and recycling equipment sector is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join its expanding team. Operating since 1999, the business designs, manufactures, installs and services a wide range of machinery, supplying equipment such as conveyors, balers, wrappers, compactors, shredders, strappers, tippers, over-band magnets and ECS separators.
The Role
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of machinery across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing new and refurbished equipment
- Conducting service inspections
- Refurbishing and upgrading machinery
- Fault diagnosis and repair
Senior-Level Responsibilities
- Completing project documentation, permits and job quotas
- Leading engineering teams on larger on-site projects
- Managing contractors and ensuring safe working practices
