A leading food manufacturing site in Enniskillen is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering team. This is a hands-on Maintenance Engineer role within a high-volume FMCG environment supplying major UK and Ireland brands.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will work a rotating days and nights shift pattern, supporting production through reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and continuous improvement activity.
The Role – Maintenance Engineer
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production and packaging machinery
- Reactive breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Use of CMMS to log maintenance activity and parts usage
- Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Identify root cause issues and reduce repeat breakdowns
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
About You
- Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
- Strong electrical and mechanical background
- FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working days and nights
- Proactive, hands-on and reliability focused
