Salary: £57,000- £61,000 + Benefits

Shift: 4 on 4 off days and nights

We’re looking for a forward-thinking leader to drive engineering performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement at our modern manufacturing site. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of engineers and apprentices, ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and improvement of our production assets. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing people, processes, and technology—enhancing operational performance and reliability through your technical insight and leadership.

Skills required for the Shift Manager:

• Must hold an engineer qualification
• Happy to work 4 on 4 off days and nights
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills
• Proven expertise in advanced engineering principles within a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of automated equipment and enhanced asset care practices.
• Clear understanding of OEE and the impact of engineering performance.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
