We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business as a Business Development Manager. This market leading manufacturer specializes in castings supplied into the automotive, aerospace and defence sectors. The Business Development Manager will join a rapidly growing, financially secure manufacturer that delivers full in-house design, casting, machining, finishing and assembly services, giving access to cutting‑edge manufacturing capability and premium global clients.
Skills required for the Business Development Manager:
- Proven experience in new business development within engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong experience selling technical or engineered products, ideally within casting, metals, defence, automotive or aerospace markets.
- Able to manage long sales cycles including prototype, bid and project‑based selling.
- Confident in building pipelines, generating leads and managing negotiations through to contract completion.
