We are currently recruiting for a well established, blue chip FMCG manufacturing business that is looking to appoint a Lead Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias at its modern, fully automated Northampton site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is ready to step into a leadership role, take ownership of engineering performance on shift, and play a key part in driving standards, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site. The business is a market leader within FMCG, recognised for its long term investment in people, training, and automation, offering genuine and unrestricted career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance engineering function with an electrical bias on site.
- Take ownership of engineering performance on shift and drive standards, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.
Qualifications:
- Multi skilled (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Leadership experience.
- Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
- From a manufacturing or automated environment.
