Shift: Days & Nights (Continental Shift Pattern) Annual Leave: 50+ days per annum Job Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Maintenance Engineer to join a market-leading manufacturing business at their highly automated production facility in Worksop. This role is perfect for an engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You'll receive excellent training with a clear progression route into a fully qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, working on state-of-the-art automated production machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll support the engineering team with planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, breakdown response, fault finding and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant reliability and production efficiency. Sector: Factory Maintenance Essential Requirements Mechanical or Electrical engineering bias. MinimumNVQ or C&G Level 2 Engineering qualification. Engineering experience within a UK manufacturing, industrial, production or Armed Forces (REME, Army, Navy, RAF) Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Previous factory or manufacturing maintenance experience within an Automated environment. Ex-Forces Engineers encouraged to apply (RAF, REME, Royal Navy or Marine Engineering backgrounds). Experience working on production or industrial machinery. Benefits £33,000 basic salary.
