I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding manufacturer looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for either the mechanical or electrical maintenance, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance depending on your bias to keep production running efficiently. You'll also support ongoing improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and installations, working closely with production to drive performance and minimise downtime. Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Maintenance Engineer:
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within a Manufacturing/Industrial Environment
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Engineering Qualification
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Strong either mechanical or electrical skills
- Fault-Finding experience
- Experience working within a production environment
- Worked on hydraulics and pneumatics systems
Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Experience with working with belts, bearings, pulleys, shafts, gearboxes, chains, pumps, hydraulics, electrical motors, drives, sensors, contactors
- Welding experience
- Can do attitude and driven
