Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 OTE: £50,000 Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Shift: 3 days on 4 off, 5 nights on 5 off, 3 days on 4 off again (12 hour shifts) We are currently recruiting for an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) to join a large manufacturing company based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a highly automated factory with 5 production lines and variety of old and new equipment. This is a highly stable company with over 3 sites in the UK who has been growing ear on year and are looking to strengthen their engineering team to accommodate the increased business. This large manufacturer are in need of an electrical maintenance engineer to join their team. This role will consist of planned and reactive maintenance, fault fining on both mechanical and electrical components, projects, and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to work hands on, get trained both mechanically and electrically and improve their technical skills. This company is looking for a maintenance engineer who wants to be with the business long term and wants to progress through hierarchy.
