With this role you will be a key influencer, ensuring a user-friendly experience through the IT transformation process. Drive advanced performance enhancements by profiling JavaScript execution, optimizing rendering, minimizing memory leaks, and implementing techniques like server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). Uphold front-end security best practices, mitigating vulnerabilities in alignment with industry standards. Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to streamline development workflows and CI/CD integration. Guide junior and mid-level developers through mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to enhance overall team capabilities. Extensive experience as a React Developer with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. Hands-on experience conducting UX research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform and refine design decisions.
