Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Pioneer Search Lead PMO Analyst: Programme Governance, Project Planning, Strategic Project A Lead PMO Analyst is required for a key programme of work within a leading Financial Services organization. As part of the project team, you will support the governance framework and ensure the smooth execution of project plans. This is a generalist role, so experience across plan development, progress tracking & risk resolution is essential. You will ideally come from a Financial Services/Consultancy background joining an established and collaborative team, reporting directly to the Programme Manager. This is an initial 6-month contract with a day rate range of £450 – £500 p/d Inside IR35. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality programme materials. Create and track detailed project plans. Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring agendas are set, minutes are taken, and actions are followed up. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support the governance framework, ensuring all processes are adhered to and documentation is up-to-date. Requirements: Proven experience in a PMO role. Consultancy and Financial Services experience is required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
