A leading London market insurer is looking for a 3rd line Infrastructure Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced infrastructure technologies in a dynamic environment, delivering technical solutions and supporting critical IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver infrastructure upgrades and migrations
- Provide 3rd line technical support, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system performance.
- Document processes, and guiding best practices across the infrastructure function.
- Resolve complex issues, escalated by 1st and 2nd line engineers.
- Implement minor adjustments while following the change management procedures.
Skills and requirements:
- VMware
- Azure services - (Device management, Entra ID and SAML)
- Windows 10/11
- Citrix - Citrix Cloud and Citrix DaaS
- Nutanix or other Hyper Converged Infrastructure
- Strong experience in Windows Server, Group Policy and Desktop Operating Systems
