Solution Architect urgently needed for a major insurance customer.
We are supporting a major insurance transformation programme that is reshaping a core claims platform & require an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in defining the future-state technology landscape.
This is a highly visible position where you'll bridge the gap between business strategy & technical delivery, taking ownership of architecture design activities that will enable development teams to begin a significant build phase.

Role
You’ll join a large-scale Agile transformation programme focused on modernising a complex claims environment.
Working closely with senior business stakeholders, Business Analysts, architects & engineering teams, you’ll be responsible for turning business requirements into robust, scalable solution designs across a Microsoft-centric ecosystem.
The programme is currently evolving from a legacy platform landscape & moving towards a modern architecture leveraging Microsoft Dynamics, Azure services & Databricks.
The successful architect will help shape the technical design & ensure the development teams are positioned for successful delivery.
This role demands someone who can operate comfortably at both the business & technical levels & equally capable of leading design workshops with senior stakeholders & producing high‑quality architectural artefacts for engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technology solutions.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are architecturally aligned & delivery‑ready.
- Lead stakeholder discussions & secure buy‑in across business & technology teams.
- Define integration, application & platform architectures within a Microsoft environment.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure designs can be implemented effectively.
- Support Agile delivery teams with ongoing architectural governance & guidance.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes.

- Strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 & wider Microsoft technology stacks.
