Claims Operations Analyst | Insurance | Contract
We are working with an established insurance business looking for a Claims Operations Analyst to support its claims function.
This is a hands on operational role focused on maintaining accurate claims information, supporting administrative processes & producing reporting for internal stakeholders.
The position would suit someone with experience in claims administration, insurance operations or a similar data focused administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain & update claims records across internal systems, ensuring information is accurate & up to date.
- Support the administration & ongoing maintenance of claims applications & processes.
- Produce claims reports & operational information for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external service providers & internal teams.
- Review & organise claims data, identifying errors & inconsistencies.
- Assist with wider administrative activities across the claims function.
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy when working with data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Ability to organise information, maintain records & manage administrative tasks.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools & insurance specific processes.
- Previous experience in claims administration or insurance operations would be beneficial, although not essential.
