We’re hiring a Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder at Pioneer People. This is not a typical PA role. We are a growing education recruitment business based in Birmingham, entering a scale-up phase. We need someone who can bring structure, clarity, and execution into a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team, taking ownership of projects, managing priorities, and helping drive the business forward.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning projects and seeing them through to completion
- Organising priorities, workflows, and day-to-day operations
- Producing clear, accurate reports and management information
- Writing high-quality emails, documents, and summaries
- Working with data, numbers, and business metrics
- Supporting key operational and leadership initiatives
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised, logical thinker
- Strong written and verbal communicator
