The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire pupils and promote positive learning outcomes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
  • Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting high expectations
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and senior leaders
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development

Experience & Requirements

We are looking for teachers who have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs
  • A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH needs, would be highly advantageous.
