Responsibilities

- Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs, including those requiring special education support.

Experience
- Proven experience as a teacher/teaching assistant at the secondary school level, with a strong understanding of curriculum delivery.
- Experience working with students requiring special education or behaviour management strategies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- Prior tutoring experience is advantageous, demonstrating the ability to personalise instruction effectively.
- A recognised qualification in Education or Teaching is desired; additional training in special education or behaviour management is beneficial.
