Role Description

The Mortgage Protection Case Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ellesmere Port. The role involves managing mortgage protection cases from initial application through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timelines. The case manager will liaise daily with clients, insurers, and internal teams to provide updates, resolve queries, and move cases forward efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing protection requirements
  • Preparing and checking application packs
  • Monitoring underwriting progress
  • Proactively identifying any issues that could delay the process
  • Maintaining detailed records in the case management system
  • Supporting advisers with case preparation
