All applicants must have:
- A degree in an ecology or environmental discipline, or equivalent demonstrated workplace experience
- An interest in a career in ecology
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel nationally and undertake fieldwork, including overnight stays
- Willingness to work early mornings and late evenings for survey work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard IT and field data tools
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
You’ll carry out ecological surveys and assessments across a range of habitats and species groups, record field data accurately, contribute to written reports, and support project logistics under the guidance of senior staff.
