About the role: As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us. As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development and growth of the Student Beans consumer app, overseeing a large, cross-functional squad. You will be responsible for scaling the app’s success, attracting hundreds of thousands of daily visitors and generating millions in annual revenue.
- Own and execute the product vision and strategy for the Student Beans app, driving key metrics across user acquisition, activation and retention.
- Lead and inspire a high performing team of iOS and Android engineers, UX/UI designers, analysts and other stakeholders across the business.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision making using analytics, A/B testing and experimentation to optimise engagement and monetisation.
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap aligning business goals with user needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Growth, Commercial and Engineering teams to drive impactful product initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and implementing innovative features to enhance the app’s market position.

- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, in a fast growing, consumer-facing mobile app environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in overseeing large, cross-functional squads.
- Experience and knowledge of user growth models, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention and engagement strategies.
- A data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics tools, experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
- A deep understanding of mobile (Android and iOS) UX/UI best practices, app monetisation strategies and industry trends.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
