About the role. As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior CRM Manager (Technical) to join us.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, building and maintaining complex multi-step journeys in Iterable, including branching logic, dynamic content, and cross-channel orchestration.
- Owning the technical relationship with our CRM platform: data feeds, event tracking, API/webhook integrations, catalogue/template systems, and troubleshooting.
- Translating business and lifecycle goals (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back) into technical builds without losing the strategic intent along the way.
- Partnering with our data/analytics function (and external agency where relevant) to ensure journeys are properly instrumented for measurement and attribution.
- Identifying opportunities to make execution more scalable (e.g. templating, dynamic content blocks, catalogue-based builds) so the team can do more with existing resources.
- Supporting QA and act as technical backstop/escalation point.
- Staying close to the platform roadmap and new features (Iterable and adjacent martech) and proactively recommending where we should adopt them.
Requirements:
A little bit about you. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have:
- Demonstrable experience building in Iterable (or a comparable platform: Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo) at a technical level.
- Comfortable experience with liquid/handlebars templating, basic data structures (JSON), event-based triggers, and API-level thinking.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.
- A builder's mindset: you'd rather prototype and test than write a long spec.
- Experience working with or alongside data/analytics teams on tracking, attribution, or incrementality.
- Comfortable experience holding technical ownership.
Benefits:
