About the role: We are looking for an experienced versatile Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic Brand Design team! The role will be essential in designing for our Product Sales and Experiential studios. The objective for this person is to be someone who is comfortable picking up longer-term campaigns. You will also be a driving force for our own brand upgrades such as improving the Student Beans branding for Gen Alpha and innovating how we sell to and retain brands with our use of creative decks, pitches, and micro sites.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Product Design to work on making our Student Beans App the best in class for voucher and code discovery and redemption.
- Working on big brand real-life activations that include concepting for Freshers for the biggest brands in the world. This could include designing wrappers for vans, stalls, merch, as well as micro sites and innovative ways to digitise these experiences.
- Pack/Deck and pitch creation to enable our Sales teams to tell the best story possible to win new and retain existing brands.
- Designing for social and CRM - Paid Social (after effects and videos) - social stories, emails, newsletter banners, etc.
- Collaborating with both internal and external/brand side stakeholders to fulfil briefs, take on board feedback, adjust, and execute exciting brand designs.
Requirements:
A little bit about you. We’d really like to hear from you if you have:
- Expert knowledge of Creative Cloud Applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong experience in using Figma.
- Experience of creating sales pitch decks.
- Ability to lead projects from ideation stage to execution.
- AI Design techniques and tools (Firefly, MidJourney, Leonardo, Dall-e).
- Knowledge of print and artwork set-up, not just digital!
- Effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in being a brand guardian!
- Positive, curious, and able to take feedback and move forward with it.
