About The RoleAs a result of our continued growth and ambition, we\âre looking for a brand new Senior Brand Designer to join Pion.
This role will sit primarily within our Growth Studio, supporting a wide range of creative projects; from experiential activations, to large scale campaigns, CRM and social which will span across both B2B and B2C. You\âll also have the opportunity to collaborate across our other studios when required, lending a hand wherever great design is needed.
We\âre looking for a highly creative, handsâon designer, who can take large scale jobs from concept to completion, while also lending a hand with our smaller day to day jobs within our other studios.
Responsibilities
Growth studio projects including experiential campaigns during core parts of the year, campaign creative and artwork rollout, CRM emails and assets, social stories
Collaborating with the marketing department to create collateral for significant annual campaigns.
Using After Effects for paid social and event videos.
Experiential activations â you will be on calls with brands to understand project requirements and lead these calls.
Providing deck presentations of potential options, and receiving and discussing feedback with the client.
Creation of both print and digital artwork.
Working on big brand activations that include concepting for Freshers for wellâknown brands. This could include designing wrappers for vans, stalls, merch as well as microsites and innovative ways to digitise these experiences.
Pack, deck and pitch creation to enable our Sales teams to tell the best story possible to win new and retain existing brands.
Requirements
Expert knowledge of Creative Cloud Applications â InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (need to know all three).
Good to strong experience with After Effects is desirable for this position.
Strong Figma experience.
Experience creating marketing and sales assets for tech or eâcommerce.
Lead projects from ideation stage to completion.
AI Design techniques and tools (Firefly, MidJourney, Leonardo, DALLâE).
Knowledge of print and artwork is an absolute must for this role.
Effectively manage multiple projects and handle both internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
Be a brand guardian.
Creative and selfâbuilt / designed online portfolio.
