About the role

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You\’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering best-in-class client experiences.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage a portfolio of 30-40 client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Lead end-to-end renewal processes while identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with high-profile brands, both virtually and in person, to maintain strong relationships and uncover growth potential.
  • Develop and deliver strategic proposals and campaign plans tailored to client goals, market trends, and performance data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and a seamless client experience.

About You

  • The ability to leverage sales insights, data, and analytics to optimize performance and decision-making.
