We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People & Talent team to help us attract and retain exceptional talent that will contribute to Pion's continued success.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, sourcing and engaging candidates, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects Pion’s values and culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear and compelling job descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Source candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn and internal referrals.
- Manage candidate pipelines and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Drive an inclusive hiring process that attracts diverse talent, promoting Pion’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and report metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Pion’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
A little bit about you:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience implementing inclusive hiring practices.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with Claude or using AI is a bonus!
