About the role. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join us on a 12 month Maternity contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, review, and manage assigned media/advertising booking tasks from start to finish, working to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Liaise with customers via email, chat, and other channels to confirm offer details, schedules, requirements, and expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful completion of bookings, rescheduling or adjusting assignments when changes, cancellations, or conflicts arise.
  • Maintain accurate customer, booking, and scheduling records across company systems, keeping customers informed of any changes or delays.
  • Identify and resolve booking or service issues quickly and professionally, escalating complex concerns where needed and suggesting improvements to the booking process.

Requirements: A little bit about you. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have:

  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills — you can manage your own schedule and juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with both internal teams and clients via email and other channels.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, able to handle difficult conversations and cope with busy, seasonal peak periods.
  • Background in Customer Support, Success, or Services is a plus, though the right attitude matters more than years of experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Salesforce, or Claude is a bonus, as is experience working with a global team.
